Chimes District of Columbia. is hiring a Custodian (Monday - Friday: 6:30am- 11:00am) in Andrews Air Force Base, MD. This is a part-time position.
SET PAY RATE: $18.24/ HourShift: Monday - Friday 6: 30am-11: 00amUnder the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.What you will do

- Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
- Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
- Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
- Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
- Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
- Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
- Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
- Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
