Our office in Glen Burnie, MD is looking for passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team players who are committed to the success of our business as well as our customers. You will be responsible for receiving and verifying Drivers deposits, paperwork and charge tickets. Preparing daily deposit, reconciling paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Schedule - Tuesday to Saturday
Hours 11: 30 AM - 8: 00 PM

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Receive and verify Drivers deposits.
  • \n
  • Verify Drivers paperwork to ensure all charge tickets are received with proper proof of delivery.
  • \n
  • Balance all Drivers' deposits and prepare a daily deposit.
  • \n
  • Prepares bank deposit nightly.
  • \n
  • Preventive maintenance on currency counters and coin sorters.
  • \n
  • Performs general clerical/accounting duties.
  • \n
  • Keep logs of missing invoices, missed payments, cash shortages and NSF checks.
  • \n
  • Maintains good files for auditing.
  • \n
  • Sends outstanding/missing invoices to accounts receivable when requested.
  • \n
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
\n

\n
    \n
  • Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years' experience cashiering plus basic accounting principles or equivalent job duties.
  • \n
  • Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
  • \n
  • 2+ years cashiering experience.
  • \n
  • Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier, calculator, automated currency and coin counters.
  • \n
  • MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • \n
