Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This role will focus on creating and curating a strategically designed library of learning content for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and curation of a library of learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and create relevant content that aligns with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.
- Organize and categorize content to ensure easy access and usability for employees.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the content library.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote the use of the learning library among employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.
Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or content creation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
