Business Development Representative Atlantic Blue Water Services Pay: $16$28 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities Schedule: Full-Time Support Customers and Help Our Business Grow Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a motivated, organized Business Development Representative to support retail center operations and marketing activities. This role combines customer service, lead follow-up, event coordination, and community outreach. What Youll Do Retail Center Support Open and close the retail center and keep it clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist customers with water treatment products, service inquiries, and general questions. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and restocking products. Support the Retail Center Manager with staff coordination and training. Assist with opening or supporting additional retail locations as needed. Marketing and Business Development Support lead-generation activities and maintain accurate lead records. Follow up with prospective customers and document next steps. Help coordinate trade shows, community events, and promotional activities. Prepare and distribute brochures, flyers, and product information. Represent Atlantic Blue at events and introduce potential customers to our services. Work with the retail and marketing teams to support business growth. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or with a team Comfort using computers, social media, and basic marketing tools Preferred, but not required: One to two years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related role Experience in marketing, event coordination, promotions, or lead generation An associates or bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field What We Offer $16$28 per hour, based on experience Bonus opportunities Training and professional development Opportunities for career growth A collaborative, supportive team environment Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position involves working in a retail center and supporting events and promotional activities. Essential duties require the ability to: Lift, carry, and move products, materials, and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods. Assist with arranging products and setting up promotional materials. Use computers and electronic devices to document customer and lead information.
