Position Summary: The HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentValid drivers license with insurable driving recordEPA Certified2+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferredKnowledge of troubleshooting techniques for residential systemUnderstanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumpsAbility to read and interpret residential wiring diagrams and blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to assess customer concerns and provide effective, value-drive solutionsDemonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipmentKnowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments Why join the Apple Plumbing Heating and Air Team?
