Salary Range: $60, 000 - $75, 000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

This role partners closely with Project Engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure production goals, documentation, and contract requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production tracking, field timesheets, and project documentation
- Manage submittals, drawings, quantities, RFIs, and project records
- Assist with invoices, change orders, and project schedules
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure contract compliance and safety
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Heavy civil construction experience required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Primavera (P6), AutoCAD, or similar software
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
