Salary Range: $75, 000 - $100, 000
Overview

Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage the full bidding and estimating process for heavy civil construction projects, including water, sewer, storm, wastewater treatment plants, asphalt, concrete, bridges, and related infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities

• Review bid opportunities, scopes, and project documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates using HCSS HeavyBid.
• Conduct site walks as needed.
• Solicit and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare proposals and present bid status updates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of estimating or related heavy civil construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of utilities and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field experience preferred.
