We're hiring Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to create nurturing and engaging environments for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Whether supporting infants and toddlers during key developmental milestones or fostering preschoolers' creativity and curiosity, our teachers play a vital role in building a foundation for lifelong learning.

As a teacher, you will welcome families to our center, exemplifying the quality care and support the Y is known for. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing curriculum, supporting children's individual needs, fostering social skills, and maintaining a consistent, engaging schedule. You'll focus on each child's well-being while adhering to local and state safety guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should bring compassion, a strong understanding of child growth and development, and the ability to build meaningful connections with families and children. Success in this position also requires consistency, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • EEC certification is preferred but not required.
  • Pay is based on experience and certifications.

Sign-On Bonus:
  • You must be EEC certified to qualify.
  • Receive $500 after 60 days of employment
  • Earn an additional $500 after 6 months.
