Position Overview
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology initiatives that support organizational goals. This role serves as a central point of communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are clearly defined, well‑managed, and delivered successfully.
The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑implementation review—ensuring alignment with IT standards, organizational priorities, and best practices in project management.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong technical awareness, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and support long‑term business strategy.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $120k. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
