You may join us in our Westfield, Westwood, or Worcester Massachusetts offices. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing time to be split between home and office and flexible Fridays in the summer.

Our MEP Team and Projects
As part of our nearly 60-person Building Services Business Line, our MEP department is growing rapidly and expanding our client-base in several markets across New England including institutional, K-12 schools, government, commercial, and industrial market sectors. Our MEP team designs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, power, lighting, fire alarm, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new construction and building renovations. We also routinely perform feasibility studies, energy analyses, and building evaluation services.

What you will be doing?
As the MEP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire lifecycle of building services projects. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding teams through evaluation, design, and construction phases, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of MEP systems. You'll actively engage in cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients, preparing proposals, and overseeing the development of studies, drawings, and specifications. Moreover, you'll provide expertise in guiding teams through the bidding process and supervising construction phases, collaborating closely with owners or architects as necessary to meet project objectives. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills to drive project success and client satisfaction.

As the MEP Project Manager, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. With at least 5 years of experience in MEP project management, you must demonstrate expertise in MEP systems design and installation. Your strong leadership skills will be vital for effectively managing multidisciplinary teams and driving project success, while excellent communication abilities are essential for engaging with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software, knowledge of building codes, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license are required.
