Why this role is important to usThe person filling this role will provide legal counsel on regulatory, transactional, and operational matters related to our OTC derivatives business, with a particular focus on FX, interest rate and equity derivatives.
What you will be responsible forThe candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:
- Provide legal support for the firm's OTC derivatives business, specializing in FX, interest rate and equity derivatives
- Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation
- Advise on CFTC and SEC regulations, applicable bank regulation, Dodd-Frank compliance, and other applicable regulatory requirements for swap dealers
- Support new product development by identifying and addressing legal and regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with business, operations, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance in trading activities
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic advice on implementation of new regulations
- Represent the firm in industry groups and regulatory discussions
- Manage relationships with external counsel on complex matters
- Provide training to business units on relevant legal and regulatory issues

Salary Range: $90, 000 - $157, 500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
