Who we are looking for
  • Join our Business Onboarding and Transitions team as a Middle Office Analyst, responsible for supporting account setup and maintenance for both testing and live client activity. You will be a key contributor to the onboarding and ongoing support of investment manager configurations, broker setups, corporate actions, and security master data within our internal systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the seamless onboarding and maintenance of client data. Be part of a dynamic team within the State Street Bank Global Delivery organization, focusing on client onboarding and operational excellence. Opportunity to develop expertise in middle office operations and grow within a global organization

What you will be responsible :
  • Process investment manager configurations for onboarding and maintenance
  • Manage corporate actions account setup and ensure accurate ongoing maintenance
  • Maintain client static data such as broker details, sub-account setup, ETC (Electronic Trade Confirmation) setup, SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions), and confirmation preferences
  • Efficiently handle maintenance requests and ensure timely updates
  • Deliver day-to-day operational support, resolve operational issues, and participate in process analysis for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams on security master onboarding
  • Document system/process enhancements
  • Work closely with IT teams on issues or development requests

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in account setup and/or middle office operations preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • PC skills, including office applications (particularly MS Excel), CoPilot, project scheduling and flowcharting software

Salary Range:
$52, 000 - $84, 760 Annual
