Who we are looking forState Street's Alpha Middle Office Product Implementation team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the evolving needs of our nine Service Families. These include Front Office Support, Cash Services, Transaction Lifecycle Management, Aladdin MO & PDX Integration, Collateral Management, Investment Accounting, Performance, Account Services, and Corporate Actions.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational discipline, financial and resource modeling expertise, and a solid foundation in business analysis within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will collaborate across global teams, manage complex deliverables, and contribute to the development of scalable, efficient operating models.

What you will be responsible forAs a Client Implementation Business Analyst
- Understand the Alpha Middle Office Product Implementation team mission, standards, and operating mechanisms
- Build strong partnerships across Product Implementation, Product Development, Program Management, Global Delivery, and Technology teams.
- Apply consistent estimation methodologies to support accurate resource forecasting and mobilization.
- Collaborate with Service Families and Program teams to manage project budgets and vendor work orders.
- Document and maintain business management processes, including estimation, forecasting, and third-party engagement.
- Support the documentation of business requirements and process gaps identified by Service Teams.
- Contribute to special projects, audit responses, and executive presentations as needed.
- Supporting Ad hoc deliverables whenever needed: Special Projects, Audit requests, Presentations, etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications - 5 years of industry experience with front, middle and back office functionality, analytics and applications
- Competency in Agile Methodology and tools
- Competency in JIRA, MS Office including MS Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $60, 000 - $90, 000 Annual
