Who we are looking for: The role of Client Enablement/Solutions Architecture, Wealth is a hands- on product management position at Charles River Development. The candidate will provide business leadership and provide managerial coordination of strategic product initiatives across the department, including product planning and execution of various elements of these initiatives in concert with existing product management team members. Scope of work involves solutioning of proposed client solutions leveraging Charles River in addition to future state architecture design of such solutions. The role also serves as an advocate and internal stakeholder for the product area with respect to sales engagements, implementation solutioning, and broader business development efforts. The position is located in Burlington, Massachusetts, USA.
Working across multiple product functional and technical areas, the role will oversee the evolution and design of new features and integrations in the CRIMS Wealth platform suite of solutions. This role will drive definition and delivery of functional and non-functional requirements for our platform to ensure optimal operation of the product suite of offerings.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with other areas of the organization such as professional services, technical implementation services, relationship managers, support, and operations teams to ensure the administration and tooling meets both internal and external stakeholder needs.
Finally, this role will interface with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders (clients, prospects, potential and existing partners) to ensure the CRIMS Wealth platform is delivering best in class capabilities to the market

The platform offers portfolio management, compliance, order and execution management, post-trade processing, data provisioning and management, performance measurement, as well as other key capabilities important to the investment lifecycle.
As a Solutions Architect (Wealth) in the Client Enablement department, you will be responsible for: - Shaping and executing the firm's strategic vision with respect to Wealth Management solutions from an organic and inorganic/partnership perspective
- Providing business leadership, design and solution building feedback, and coordinate work efforts across product and development teams
- Contributing to the near and long term product roadmap for enhancements
- Building relationships for serving as a key client touch point for feedback gathering and solution evaluation
- Evaluating potential partnerships and assist with managing the relationship with partners as part of the Alpha Ecosystem
- Interface with counterparts on the technical/development side to ensure team efficiency is maximized and strategic goals are understood and executed upon
- Coordinate engagement across Client Management, Sales, Professional Services, Support, and internal stakeholders for increasing client satisfaction and product adoption
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Strategy to ensure product vision is articulated and understood
- Serve as owner of medium to large initiatives and manage them from inception to completion
Qualifications: • Experience in product management and business analysis for software systems.
• Experience leading product management and software engineering teams.
• Experience in the Wealth Management industry and technology solutions servicing the market.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance or
equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting
• Experience in Financial Services is required.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.

Salary Range: $115, 000 - $190, 000 Annual
