TileBar is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new 3rd Ave Burlington Showroom—and we're looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Receptionist & Sales Support professional to join our team.

As the first point of contact in our showroom, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a front-facing, client-focused position that supports our Sales Representatives by ensuring seamless showroom operations and providing top-notch administrative assistance. You'll be part of a two-person team committed to creating a welcoming environment and exceeding client expectations.

What You'll Do:
Client Experience & Front Desk

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
• Provide refreshments and amenities to create a comfortable showroom environment
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with a helpful, solutions-oriented approach

Sales & Administrative Support

• Assist Sales Reps with sample requests, quotes, order entry, returns, and order tracking
• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system
• Help ensure showroom displays are organized, stocked, and visually aligned with our brand

Team Collaboration & Brand Representation

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment
• Support showroom initiatives and events as needed
• Represent TileBar's brand values through every customer interaction

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support or client services
• Industry experience in tile, textiles, furniture, natural stone, or building materials is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work a retail schedule, including weekends
