What will you do?
  • Acts as a lead software architect within the R& D team.
  • Establishes and evolves the software architectural framework upon which Cyber Solutions will be built and integrated with partner providers.
  • Serves as a lead interface and technical liaison to internal and external partner technical teams.
  • Acts as a strong collaborator across the Cyber Solutions Engineering (R& D) team.
  • Animates technical and cross functional workshops
  • Develops, tests, and engages with customers for proof of concept and minimum viable products.
  • Understands, proposes, and develops new methods for hosting and accessing software services enabling multiple business models.
  • Maintains proficiency and awareness of state-of-the-art for software system architecture, technology, and tools.
  • Mentors junior team members.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 10-15 yrs' experience in software architectures for orchestration of applications, data management, user experience and business models.
  • Deep understanding of software architectures, data modelling, cloud services and architectures
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in a computer science or engineering field
  • Proficiency in 1+ programming languages, primarily #, .NET, Typescript/ JavaScript, and Python.
  • Have worked on Cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS systems.
  • Have exposure and explored development on core infrastructure concepts including Microservices, azure functions, apps, kubernetes, and containers.
  • Experienced with development quality practices, to include debugging and refactoring.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concept, knowledge graph, graph QL, DevOps and infrastructure management tools desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Previous coaching experience
