For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101, 600 - $152, 400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Power Electronics Control Engineer - R& D

What You Will Do

As a Senior Power Electronics Control Engineer, you will design and develop advanced control solutions for power electronic converters used in critical energy applications. You will play a key role in platform development, simulation, and validation, supporting innovation from concept through product realization.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and development of power electronics control strategies
  • Modeling and simulation of power electronic converters and systems
  • Control loop design for embedded SoC platforms or rapid control environments
  • Impedance and EMI analysis and simulation
  • Contribution to power electronics platforms for UPS and grid-supporting products
  • Technical problem-solving for complex system and product challenges
  • Participation in Lean-Agile development processes
  • Contribution to innovation initiatives, including invention disclosures and patents

  • BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in power electronics product development
  • Strong expertise in control design, modeling, and simulation of power electronics
  • Experience with embedded platforms and EMI considerations
  • Broad understanding of electrical engineering and system-level design
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
