What will you do?- Develop product test and equipment specifications, and test programs
- Develop equipment and process qualification plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams R& D, manufacturing, and suppliers for NPI
projects - Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Industrialization guidelines in the product
designs through early involvement in the product development process - Hands on supervision of manufacturing prototype.
- Estimate resources and expenses for test equipment development, and create technical
documentation - Actively participate in problem solving of manufacturing / quality issues
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? - PCBA functional hardware testing and/or Structural In-circuit test such as Teradyne or
Agilent platforms or Flying probe. - Electrical and electronic circuit knowledge: digital, analog, power, and high voltage
- General understanding of system design software architecture (#, LabView, TestStand
etc) - Programming skills and scripting experience (#, Shell script, etc.)
- Exposure to various test equipment architectures (NI, PXI, Rack and Stack, etc)
- General knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, etc)
- General knowledge of PCBA test strategy
- General knowledge of software source control, database
- General knowledge of manufacturing process, traceability, and interlocking
- General knowledge of Cybersecurity

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- 5+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and develop test strategies for
electronic products designed for industrial automation. - Experience in developing complex test systems for manufacturing and collaborating with cross-functional teams of supplier, R& D and manufacturing.
