Job Description
Schneider Electric is hiring a Offer Marketing Communications Leader in Boston, MA. This is a full-time position.
The Offer Marketing Communications Leader is the engine of the marcom chapter in SIF framework - transforming offer launch requirements into polished, marketing ready offer launch content that enables successful go-to-market execution at individual offer level. This role is open to internal appicants currently based within the US, with a preference for EST or CST timezones.
This role operates at the offer and product variant level (e.g. EcoCare for 3-phase UPS, EcoCare for electrical distribution) - below product family level, which is owned by the Portfolio & Segment Narratives Leader. The strategic foundation for every content package produced by this role comes from a formal brief: the Product Family Manifesto and relevant Segment VP authored upstream. The Offer Launch Content Manager does not create the narrative strategy - they execute against it with excellence.
The role works in close partnership with Product Owners as the primary LOB interface for offer-specific content, manages the E& I and NAM hub content teams, governs the quality and consistency of all offer launch content, and owns the process framework within the innovation launch framework. While content deployment sits with the Campaign Development & Deployment pillar - not this role.
