- Develops & implements a rapid sales growth strategy to increase revenue and market share for Cybersecurity Product Solutions.
- Leads initiatives to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities to align with the company's ambition.
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective customer value propositions and align on concurrent go-to-market approaches (direct and indirect).
- Identifies market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including segments, businesses, product management and security operations to ensure effective end-to-end stakeholder management.
- Monitors cybersecurity market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Drives the adoption of best practices, tools and systems that enhance performance across the team.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Strong cybersecurity expertise including security products, consulting, and managed services.
- 10+ years experience in a digital sales environment including proven ability to drive rapid growth in a complex, matrix organization, an understanding of SaaS and recurring service business models, Cyber market dynamics, price management (value pricing) and driving multiple go-to-market channels - both direct & indirect.
- Lead & Inspire: strong track record of driving trust, alignment and engagement, coaching and developing high performing sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in a business, marketing, engineering or computer related field is desirable but not essential. Cybersecurity certifications (ISACA, ISC2) preferred, coupled with the ability to think big.
- Excellent matrix influencing, collaboration & communication skills.
- Understanding of EIC/ISO 62443 Certification and Cybersecurity frameworks.
