For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $115, 000 - $125, 000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits), flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What will be your role ? Join Schneider Electric Design team! We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily. Our Mission is to oversee internationally all digital design within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture in the company, and to deploy the design system. We create consistent, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for our users.
We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team to build B2B and B2C digital products for energy management in the home. You will work directly within the design team and collaborate closely with product and tech, bringing the design vision to their teams, from user research to delivery. Your focus will be to deliver quality design and bring value to our users.
You will be responsible for: - User-centered design: Apply appropriate design tools and methodologies, guiding colleagues through the design process. Practice the double-diamond design approach, conducting user research, creating user paths, and designing pixel-perfect mock-ups for seamless engineering implementation.
- Facilitation and co-design: Lead workshops to align teams and develop a common vision. Facilitate co-creation sessions to ensure team convergence. Present your designs at any levels of the organization.
- Culture and advocacy: Champion user-centric, accessible, and sustainable design practices. Promote our digital ecosystem and a unified brand experience. Contribute to and advocate for the design system, collaborating with the design system team to implement guidelines and assets.
- Systems thinking: Take a systemic approach to understand the problem space by considering diverse perspectives. As we are both a software and hardware company, take in consideration the physical experience of our users - B2B and B2C.
- Data-driven design: Use qualitative and quantitative data in decision-making. Design interactions that empower users with information and integrate data collection. Assess and enhance our commitment to quality, consistency, and human-centricity through the product scorecard, ensuring its completion and accuracy for all your products.
