Location: Remote in the U.S. must be within Eastern and Central time zone. If located within 40 miles of a Schneider Electric office, the schedule will be hybrid.

What will you do: - Participates in the scoping of the project with Sales (and/or the Customer) to understand the project requirements and required deliverables.
- Responsible for the accurate development of solutions and effective presentation materials in the form of proposals and RFP responses.
- Coordinates and oversees pricing and technical document production.
- Writes, edits, formats and reviews proposals. Customizes proposal to accurately reflect proposed solutions. Ensures compliance with Customer requests and/or requirements. Ensures that all proposals and accompanying materials are accurate and error-free.
- Works with assigned technical resources to obtain Schneider equipment pricing and margin analyses.
- Support escalation activities to obtain approvals from Executive Leadership.
- Prepares the final version of pricing documents and leads price/scope review meetings with representatives from Sales, Engineering, Pre-construction, Execution and Finance before proposal delivery.
- Works within strict deadlines for submission, and drives company resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensures accurate information is included in forecasting reports.
- Organizes and facilitates Proposal/Contract Transition meetings.
- Supports the construction team as necessary to order and deliver equipment.
- Performs quality control edits on all documents.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86, 400.00-$129, 600.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
