For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $170, 000 - $250, 000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

As Expert Product Owner for Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) you will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for ACB solutions across North America.
The Product Owner is a key position in the Agile organization delivering value to the business and customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs and what needs to get done. Product Owners represent the customer and communicate the vision of the product within the Squad while also developing strategic alignment with key stakeholders. They partner with League Leaders to set priorities, drive the strategic intent of the product and maximize the value of work done with the Squad. They create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership.
You will have the opportunity to define & manage product strategy, roadmap, and drive priorities for cross functional development squads through ownership of the product backlog. The role is focused on developing and deploying a robust marketing mix to deliver high value to our customers. What do you get to do in this position?
• Develop and adapt the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Global and North American Power Products business unit vision.
• Define, scope, and prioritize features and activities based on business and customer impact. Own the product development backlog and communicate with Squad members and stakeholders.
• Drive products and solutions for AI datacenters electrical infrastructure with digital mindset
• Maximize market share and profitability for the offer.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify & fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Monitor & analyze trends within the industry, competition, and governing bodies to feed and prioritize the roadmap.
• Be the subject matter expert and evangelize the offer, customer applications/needs, roadmap, and priorities to build awareness and secure support from squads and stakeholders.
• Build relationships and maintain communication with the product sponsors, stakeholders, and customers to understand the current and changing needs.
• Manage roadmaps & lifecycle plans including offer evolution/withdrawal.
Qualifications
This job might be for you if you have:
Direct experience working with North American datacenter customers (hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants).Ability to positively influence, lead, and energize cross functional teams
• Expert-level knowledge of ACBs, including:
- Protection functions, trip units, selectivity, coordination, and arc-flash mitigation
- Digital trip units, sensors, and embedded intelligence
- Reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle management in mission-critical environments
Strong understanding of Datacenter Electrical Architectures, including:
• LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, STS, busway
• Redundancy schemes (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1)
Familiarity with AI datacenter power trends, including:
• Rapid load variability and transient behavior
• Higher fault levels and short-circuit requirements
• Increased demand for uptime, predictive maintenance, and digital monitoring
• UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E
• Utility interconnection and datacenter compliance requirements
• Ability to quickly learn marketing processes, market trends, and business offers/solutions
• Ability to analyze marketing activities and competitive environment to deliver high value products & features
• Ability to manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
• High degree of initiative, problem solving, and pro-active management
• High level of technical aptitude, business acumen, and willingness to learn
• Open to change and must embrace continuous improvement
• Experience 7+ years, with experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally with exposure to Agile Practices
