For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $110, 000 - $140, 000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced A.I. Adoption Specialist to join our team at People.AI Program team. This role will focus on ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our AI tools that have already been deployed across various Services teams, including both Service Operations and Service Commercial teams. The Adoption Specialist will work closely with People.AI Program Director & Change Management Leader as well as key stakeholders to track adoption metrics, analyze user engagement, and identify barriers to adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with country operations and commercial teams to promote and drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization.
  • Track and analyze adoption metrics to assess the usage and effectiveness of AI tools in both operational and commercial contexts.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify who is using the AI tools, who is not, and understand the reasons behind the varying levels of usage across different teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption rates and fully realize the expected value of AI deployments by addressing the unique needs of both Service Operations and Service Commercial teams.
  • Provide training and support to users in both areas, helping them integrate AI tools into their workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Gather feedback from users across all teams to continuously improve tools and identify necessary enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with commercial teams to understand their specific challenges and opportunities related to AI tool usage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose new initiatives for enhancing AI adoption across both operational and commercial functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Data Science).
  • Proven experience in adoption management, change management, or a related role, preferably in technology or AI.
  • Strong analytical skills and dashboarding experience with tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different functions.
  • Ability to understand user needs in both operational and commercial contexts and foster relationships to drive engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in this field
  • Experience with creating video assets or usage tracking tools is a strong plus
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Video editing
  • Knowledge of AI tools to support content creation
  • Experience building PowerBI or Tableau
  • Prior experience in driving adoption of AI or digital tools in the company or working in Digital Product operations or Product support
  • A passion for AI and its applications in business and operations.
