What will you do? - Lead and execute customer projects and work effectively across multiple business units.
- Manage project contracts ensuring fulfilment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights.
- Take full accountability over project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast.
- Monitor and control Project progress versus budget spending. Strive for gross margin improvement.
- Develop and maintain projects schedules to meet contract delivery milestones.
- Monitor subcontractors and supplier's performance to ensure delivery per specifications, required quality and expected schedule.
- Manage full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews). Inform management in a timely manner about project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles.
- Responsibility of the proper implementation of Schneider Electric safety standards all along project execution, and for all parties (Schneider and subcontractors).
- Act as primary point of contact for the customer (correspondence, emails, calls, meetings) to ensure consistent execution and secure customer satisfaction.

Required skills - Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- 10+ years' experience with industrial automation products (PLC, DCS, HMI).
- Be able to build a good customer relationship, and a strong collaboration with sales team.
- Experienced user of project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project).
- Experience in managing remote teams.
- Able to travel up to 15%.
Preferred skills - Working experience with Modicon PLC, Foxboro and Triconex.
- PMP certification is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
