For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $208, 000 - $312, 000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Mission

Drive strategic growth and deepen executive relationships across a portfolio of high-value global accounts within the Cloud & Service Provider segment. Deliver tailored data center infrastructure solutions (power, cooling, and white space) that enable scalable, resilient, and sustainable operations. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business objectives with Schneider Electric's global capabilities to achieve long-term partnership and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer business goals and infrastructure roadmaps
  • Define and monetize account strategies leveraging Schneider Electric's full portfolio to support customer outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across engineering, procurement, and operations
  • Serve as the primary global point of contact, ensuring consistent engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate a global cross-functional team (Account Managers, V2s, Project Managers) to drive a unified "One Schneider" strategy
  • Own governance cadence including executive business reviews, account planning, and strategic sessions
  • Deliver profitable growth by expanding share of wallet across all solution domains
  • Align and influence internal stakeholders to ensure optimal support and execution
  • Develop annual revenue plans by product line, region, and country; ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and SLA alignment
  • Drive cross-functional execution across legal, finance, and delivery teams
  • Navigate complex global deployments across multiple geographies and business units
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
  • Provide customer insights to influence Solutions, R& D, and innovation roadmaps
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management and complex solution selling
  • Strong knowledge of data center technologies: power systems, cooling, white space design, and sustainability practices
  • Proven ability to grow key accounts and drive business development in mission-critical environments
  • Experience leading and influencing global, matrixed teams
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business and digital acumen with awareness of evolving data center technologies
  • Analytical, structured, and highly organized with the ability to manage complexity
  • Collaborative, inclusive leader with a team-oriented and coaching mindset
