For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $80, 642.00 - $ 110, 500.00 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Description: Manage projects with Line of Businesses to ensure product data quality is up to standards, ensuring proper data governance rules are followed. Plan study of work problems and procedures. Oversee the gathering and organizing of information on problems or procedures, analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes and report recommendations to senior leadership. Lead new tool deployment projects for division. Confer with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches are following standard process flow and are successful. Create and maintain regular reports for senior leadership. Develop and maintain knowledge repository for the entire division on engineering tools, data management tools, lifecycle management processes. Ensure product taxonomy structure is followed by evaluating current structure. Ensure new product launches improve internal satisfaction with Offer Marketing tools. Remote work eligible up to 3 dys/wk.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business or Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field and progressive, post-Bachelor's experience (1 year with Master's or 3 years with Bachelor's) in data and business analysis, including internal communications, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience with the following skills: Product Information Management systems (Stibo);

Creating, maintaining and enhancing product taxonomies with critical power and cooling applications; Managing small to medium projects related to data analysis, cleansing, and improvement; and Creating, maintaining, and enhancing business processes in a large, multi-national product marketing organization.
