For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric and our Process Automation Program Management Office is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen processes, and enable key transformation programs across Process Automation. This is a summer internship beginning in May 2026 and will be in our Foxboro, MA office.

What will you do?
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and coordinate follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Track milestones, action items, risks, and issues to support timely project execution.
  • Assist with monitoring project performance, verifying task completion, and supporting schedule reporting.
  • Support PMO tools and repositories, including SharePoint, templates, and process libraries.

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Excel is a plus.
