We are looking for a responsible
Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
What will you do? - Answer and direct phone calls
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Entering projects into Dynamics and Smartsheets
- Process invoices and closeout projects
- Reconcile project budgets
- Assist in collections of invoices
- Create shipping paperwork
- Place orders on the portal
- Maintain files in Studio360
- Maintain data in project tracking system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Support department personnel.
What qualifications will make you successful? - Must have High School diploma. Associate's Degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- General bookkeeping knowledge

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68, 000 - USD 102, 000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
