Description:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Manager, Executive Experience Center in Boston, MA.

The Manager will lead the Executive Experience Center program and team to deliver world-class, strategic customer engagements that drive business impact. Serve as the face of the EEC for internal and external executives, ensuring every visit reflects Schneider Electric's brand of excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the EEC vision, aligning with corporate strategy, sales, and marketing objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team including briefing consultants, discussion leaders, briefing coordinator, technology lead, and other supporting roles.
  • Oversee planning and flawless execution of high volumes of strategic, high quality customer briefings and events.
  • Serve as primary executive liaison for C-Suite customers and internal leadership.
  • Design and approve strategic, customized agendas that meet customer and business objectives.
  • Ensure EEC readiness-such as immersive demos, AV systems, branding, and hospitality standards.
  • Manage program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Present frequently to internal & external audiences, including exec-level stakeholders.
  • Facilitate a portion of the strategic, in-person briefings
  • Promote and evangelize the EEC program internally and externally to inspire participation and recruit discussion leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with sales & marketing leadership for strategic planning and program alignment.
  • Own budget planning, reporting, and program performance analysis.
  • Represent the EEC in strategic planning for future capabilities and enhancements.

  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in customer engagement programs, meeting planning, & facilitation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to last-minute changes with grace.
  • Proficiency in briefing management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139, 200 - $208, 800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 7+ years in executive engagement, customer experience, or strategic program management. Demonstrated success in leading customer-facing programs and managing senior-level relationships. Project management certification or equivalent experience a plus. Multilingual ability is a plus.
