We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN will be considered as secondary locations. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, a person who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution and whose storytelling skills are top notch.

As the Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the content strategy for activations and marketing campaigns. You will develop and drive forward the creation and management of high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including events, websites, blogs, and social media. This position requires a blend of creativity and operational expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in overseeing the full lifecycle of content creation, promotional strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments .
  • Develop innovative, fresh and diverse strategies across the customer journey
  • Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3 rd party, proprietary, etc ), social media, web, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines
  • Ensure feedback loop of campaign and content progress and success . R efines strategies and drives continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency a
  • Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors-from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control-to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives .
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field .
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy .
  • Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content .
  • Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies
  • Proficiency in content creation and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101, 600 - $152, 400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
