The Salem YMCA is seeking a motivated and welcoming individual to join our Member Services Welcome Center team. In this part-time role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our members and guests, helping them connect with YMCA programs and services, answering questions, providing facility tours, and assisting with membership needs.
As a Member Services Team Member, You Will:

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to members, guests, and program participants in person and over the phone.
• Welcome prospective members, provide facility tours, and promote YMCA memberships and programs.
• Build positive relationships with members and help connect them to programs, services, and resources that meet their needs.
• Assist with membership questions, updates, and concerns while following YMCA policies and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding questions or concerns that require additional assistance.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Monitor locker rooms when needed and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Part-Time Schedule

• Monday: 1: 00 PM - 6: 00 PM
• Tuesday: 1: 00 PM - 6: 00 PM
• Wednesday: 1: 00 PM - 6: 00 PM
• Friday: 9: 00 AM - 1: 00 PM
