Salem YMCA is hiring a Fitness Floor Staff - Salem YMCA in Salem, MA. This is a full-time position.

As Fitness Floor Staff, you'll support members and program participants in a welcoming and energized environment. Your day-to-day will include greeting members, keeping equipment clean and safe, demonstrating exercises and machines, and promoting additional fitness programs. You'll also give tours to prospective members and answer questions about our offerings-helping everyone feel supported and connected.
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has a solid understanding of fitness equipment and exercises
✅ Builds positive relationships with people of all ages and abilities
✅ Brings encouragement, energy, and a love for wellness
✅ Has strong customer service and de-escalation skills
