Inventory Associate Embr Dispensary | Springfield, MA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18.25 per hour Schedule: 5 shifts per week Position Summary Embr Dispensary is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Associate to support daily inventory and store operations. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, counting, stocking, and maintaining inventory to help ensure products are accurate, organized, and available for daily business needs. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, and able to follow established procedures and compliance requirements. Essential Responsibilities Receive, verify, organize, and put away incoming inventory.Maintain accurate inventory records and product counts.Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.Restock products and supplies as needed.Monitor inventory organization and communicate inventory needs to management.Assist with identifying inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory areas.Follow company procedures for inventory handling, storage, and security.Follow applicable company, state, and local requirements related to cannabis inventory and retail operations.Support other store operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age and meet all applicable Massachusetts cannabis employment requirements.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete routine inventory tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Previous retail, inventory, warehouse, or cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. Work Environment This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. The Inventory Operations Associate may work in inventory storage areas and throughout the retail operation and must be able to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive inventory-related tasks.
