Job Description

In your VAT Specialist role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing VAT declarations and related documentation, supporting tax audits, and cooperating with Financial Controllers. You will also provide advice on VAT to the other finance and non-finance departments.

Your responsibilities will involve ensuring that all government returns such as VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales Lists, other related reports etc. are duly prepared. You will become an independent VAT specialist, able to monitor the legislative changes, analyze the impact of those on KC and implement the solutions allowing KC to stay compliant.

About You

You’re driven to own your VAT process and improve it to deliver on promises at the highest level possible. You appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring, and you eagerly accept stretch goals.

With experience in tax, accounting and reporting in a multinational company and university professional qualification in economics or accounting, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English, verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels.

You’re a learner, an expert, curious, and always looking for a better way to do things and willing to speak up when you believe in an idea. You know how to deal with an ERP System, preferably SAP R3.
