Job Description

During your Internship at Credit & Collections MEA, you will join an amazing team where the project work comes in line with the business needs. Your team members will introduce you to our structure of Order to Cash area.

And here is what you can learn with us:

  • How to support MEA Credit & Collections and North America OM operations

  • How to index Dispute Cases through SAP R3 system, Outlook and Excel

  • How to support proof of delivery and invoice sharing through customer portals and how to manage regular reporting

  • How to support order status reporting and order creation and changes (NA Export and Secondary Sales)

Your time here would be focused on both learning and supporting us in the brave and timely activities delivery. You will be supported by our senior colleagues, your direct manager, and the assigned buddy. The more interest and engagement you show, the more improvement activities can already become a part of your journey with us!
