Description:

Be a part of a dedicated global team that focuses on onboarding new clients into our Operations infrastructure for OTCs/CFDs and migrating clients to new Fund Accounting platforms. Your work will ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness for our clients.

As a project manager on the Securities Services Complex Assets Client Onboarding team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage the onboarding of OTCs/CFDs/FFX to JPM Middle Office & Fund Accounting platforms. You will be part of a team that provides a high-quality and responsive approach to onboarding, ensuring both strategic and tactical investments meet essential client and business needs.

Job responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Clients, Operations, and Fund Accounting Operations to efficiently and accurately onboard & migrate clients across platforms, ensuring Operational Readiness.
  • Engage in the design and implementation of the Complex Assets Product Development strategic roadmap.
  • Provide project management for various new and ongoing complex asset client onboarding projects, including identification, analysis, and solutioning.
  • Communicate progress of onboardings and migrations with all organizational levels to keep team members and leadership informed of progress, challenges, and escalations.
  • Facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients' needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning.
  • Build strong working relationships with the business and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership and developing options and recommendations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Project delivery/management & business analysis experience is a key requirement.
  • An understanding of OTC derivatives/Contracts for Difference/FFX.
  • Client communications experience.
  • Experience working on Middle/Back Office client-facing projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • An understanding of Fund Accounting and Middle Office.
  • Experience working with Technology & Operations Teams.
  • Experienced presenter to an executive audience in meetings/video calls.
