Join the Reconciliations Middle Office as a Change Analyst, supporting new US client onboardings with a focus on Operational Readiness and Change Management. You'll partner with Operations, Implementation, Product, and Technology to ensure safe go-lives, effective controls, and day-one support readiness.

As a Middle Office Change Analyst in the Reconciliations team, you will primarily support onboarding new US clients onto the platform, with a focus on Operational Readiness and Change Management to ensure implementations are delivered safely, controls remain effective, and Operations and partnering teams are ready to support clients from day one.

Job responsibilities
  • Own Operational Readiness plans for assigned client onboardings, including readiness criteria, milestones, dependencies, and evidence tracking.
  • Partner with Operations Subject Matter Experts, Implementation teams, Product, and Technology to assess impacts and confirm readiness across:
  • Drive completion and sign-off of readiness deliverables:
  • Coordinate go-live preparedness activities (readiness gates, open items, decision logs, operational support model confirmation).


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Diligent in maintaining logs, action trackers, dependency maps, and readiness-focused status reporting for onboardings.
  • Thorough in preparing materials for working groups/steerco governance (readiness status, risks/issues, decisions required, timeline to go-live).
  • Proactive in supporting defect/issue triage routines during testing and hypercare; ensuring ownership, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Structured in facilitating program/project governance forums.
