The primary scope of the Senior Financial Analyst role is to serve as a business partner to the DePuy Synthes NA Commercial Strategy & Execution organization, as well as the Ambulatory Surgical Center organization. The candidate will provide financial insights that will help drive business objectives and keep management informed regarding any changes impacting financial results.

Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) team with the goal of helping shape strategy and continue bolstering reporting capabilities. This is a high-growth area of the business for which it will be critical to establish performance metrics to accurately assess profitability indices vs. non-ASC channel.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for supporting alliance programs and related month end/quarter close activities.
  • The candidate will drive operational improvements and support high visibility projects as needed pertaining to new initiatives.
  • The ability to challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios and educate business partners on financial issues and concepts will be very important.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong financial leadership by providing recommendations for improving the value of the financial information supplied to upper management and providing guidance to business partners.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a major in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • A CPA, MBA or CMA is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of finance experience is required; equivalent knowledge of skills necessary to perform the position responsibilities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Advanced Excel and Presentation skills required.
  • Have a collaborative style and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups is required.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively interface with various levels of management and external customers is also required.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is required.

The base pay range for this position is $73, 000 - $117, 300

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
