Description:

We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator for our Allocation Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical/legal review. This role requires a focus on organization, quality and precision. This is not a client facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively and timely communicate with internal staff.   • Identify, classify, organize, and index batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents.
  • Work with OCR system to organize documents.
  • Serve as integral piece of MSA production workflow.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail orientated.
  • Flawlessly handle material of a highly confidential/sensitive nature as well as a variety of complex situations involving clerical/administrative functions.
  • Use judgment & initiative to determine the appropriate approach/action to take in non-routine situations.
  • Within established guidelines, make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing & prioritizing work.
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility for changing business needs.
  • Strike a critical balance between high quality and productivity.
  • When necessary, demonstrate agility in "rush" situations
  • Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Basic technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
