Job Title: Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes related to revenue accounting, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as fluctuation analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly close and internal reporting process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for sales reserves, bad debt and revenue recognition
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue schedules such as net sales reports to facilitate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Analyze monthly and quarterly fluctuations in accounts associated with areas of responsibility
• Assist with completion of internal controls associated with areas of responsibility
• Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
• Work with external auditors to provide required schedules and support, for the interim and annual audit
• Provide support for accounting for new business initiatives
• Assist with various projects and accounting matters and drive value within the business
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, MSA / MBA a plus
• CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of public accounting and / or corporate experience at life science entities preferred
• Effective communicator across levels of management and functional organizations
• Deadline and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and collaborative
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Software, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP a plus

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76, 575.00 - $114, 862.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
