About the Role: As the
Camp Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the
Camp Director, ensuring camp operations run smoothly and efficiently. From managing camper records to maintaining an active social media presence, your work will directly contribute to a safe, well-organized, and engaging camp experience for all.
Key Responsibilities: Camper Records & Compliance - Review ePACT files to ensure all camper documentation is complete before attendance.
- Communicate with guardians as needed to finalize ePACT records.
- Compile essential reference lists from ePACT, including:
- Camper medical needs
- Behavioral needs (IEP/504 reports)
- Emergency contact information
- Camper pick-up authorization list
- Walkers list
Social Media & Communications - Maintain and enhance the camp's social media presence through:
- Weekly camp newsletters
- Facebook updates
- Instagram posts
- Capturing and sharing photos/videos to highlight camp activities and experiences
What We're Looking For: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in interacting with parents/guardians.
- Ability to manage and update digital records with accuracy.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and basic content creation.
- A passion for working in a camp or youth development setting is a plus!

Qualifications- Must be at least 20years old.
- Experience in administration, camp operations, childcare, or youth development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with parents/guardians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database management systems (experience with ePACT is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and basic content creation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling camper records and sensitive information.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start of camp).
