There is a tap water crisis in the United States with an aging infrastructure and continued contamination by industry, the problem continues to worsen. Increased media and government attention is bringing this issue to the forefront of public consciousness. Our core services are providing residential and light commercial customers with quality water by diagnosing the relevant water issues and solving through installation & service of the most effective systems. The Opportunity To continue to operate at our high standards, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic President to oversee business operations including finance, marketing, sales, customer service and human resources. The ideal candidate should be a natural leader, a dynamic collaborator and motivated by a strong desire to drive productivity and maximize efficiency. What Were Looking For Leads a team that provides operational expertise in water treatment services while providing hands-on execution management of operations. Manages the customer and community relationships; continually assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction. Develops and leads a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives and maintains a culture of accountability. Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service/installation improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, & contractual obligations. Manages a budget and assists in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity. Manages compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes and maintains all associated records and reports. Who You Are Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management and/or 7+ years water treatment and/or multi-unit operations leadership experience The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role. Proficient (in particular, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Additional Technology: Service Titan experience ideal Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, management, and support staff. Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues. Meaningful experience in water treatment or trades environment. Proven ability leading through other managers. Experience in managing budgets, financial controls and analysis. Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
