Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is hiring a Civil Site Engineering - Project Manager in Wilmington, MA. This is a full-time position.
GPI is seeking a Civil Site Engineering Project Manager to join our growing New England operations in our Salem, NH, or Wilmington, MA office. We have a backlog of exciting projects ranging from residential developments to various commercial projects and everything in between. What You'll Be Doing: Managing challenging and varying land development projects including a variety of nationally branded clients Leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians Mentoring junior staff Communicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearings Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets Writing contracts and reviewing invoices Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents "Hands on" preparation of construction drawings, plans, and project specifications Performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses Partnering with your managing team to meet your future goals and vision. What You Bring to the Table: BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Experience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control Experience in project management Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies Qualifications: A PE license is preferred, successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is required 8+ years of experience with site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience in HydroCAD
