SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales and service teams, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Responsibilities Inside Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide service quotes to our customers Work with vendors and technicians to identify parts to ensure quoting Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and order assistance.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and technical specifications.
Strategic Planning: - Determine appropriate profit margins for services and parts, ensuring a balance that benefits both the company's profitability and the customer's budgetary needs.
- Analyze customer usage patterns and service history to proactively recommend maintenance plans or upgrades that align with their operational goals and budget constraints.
- Work with customers and technicians to decide what services and repairs best suit the customers' needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and customers to identify and implement solutions for obsolete parts, including sourcing aftermarket or OEM alternatives tailored to the customer's requirements.
Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and service contract transactions.
- Generate reports on sales performance, contract renewals, and other relevant metrics.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales and/or service contract administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software and SAP.
- Knowledge of compressed air systems is a plus.
