Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and inside sales support for biopharma hose and fluid transfer product lines, including product selection, application guidance, and basic troubleshooting
  • Support customers with technical inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
  • Serve as a technical support resource for sales teams across the distributor network, assisting with application questions and customer proposals
  • Prepare quotations, product configurations, and supporting technical documentation
  • Participate in customer calls and conduct local customer visits for application reviews, product evaluations, and training
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and operations teams to support customer needs and order execution
  • Develop working knowledge of biopharma manufacturing environments, GMP requirements, and relevant industry standards (e.g., USP, ASME BPE)
  • Capture customer and distributor feedback to support continuous improvement of products, tools, and sales processes

Qualifications:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or customer-facing role
  • Strong interest in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment
  • Ability to travel to domestic channel partners, customers and exhibitions
  • Exposure to biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing preferred
  • Familiarity with fluid handling components such as hoses, tubing, fittings, or single-use systems preferred

Work Environment & Travel
  • Primarily onsite at the Northampton, MA facility
  • Travel requirements are primarily for local region (driving) but will include occasional domestic travel
