Personal Care Assistant assists PACE Center participants with personal care, restorative rehabilitation, meals, group and individual activities. Accompanies participants on transportation as needed to ensure safety. May be assigned to assist supported housing participants with morning care. Actively contributes to the operations of the Day Center by contributing ideas for the activities program and offering suggestions to improve daily operations. Contributes to participant care planning and assessment through reports to the Activities Coordinator, PACE Center Nurses and Rehabilitation staff.
