What you’ll achieve

As the Project Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to the growth of the business, serving the needs of various customers where Dedalus products are integrated with other external systems.

You will be responsible for leading, guiding, motivating, and managing a team to help Dedalus achieve its business goals by implementing projects, decisions, and actions that support the strategic alignment of the company.

You will work closely with local teams and improve operational efficiency, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Collaborate with the business unit: prepare bids and proposals (technical reports, budgets, schedules, task planning, etc.) and manage projects using tools/software provided by the organization.
• Manage the different areas of knowledge of a project (scope, deadlines, costs, revenues, resources, stakeholders, planning, communications, risks, prioritization, incidents, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate work teams made up of different profiles: analysts, programmers, consultants, programmers, implementers, etc.
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

• University degree: Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in project management in the following sectors: health and information technologies/software.
• High negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strategic and business management skills, ability to have a global vision of the organization, trying to have sufficient knowledge of other areas such as finance, marketing, or operations.
• Communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, especially empathy and active listening.
• Certification in some project management methodology (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge in MSOffice, JIRA
• Language: English (minimum level B2)
• Availability to travel
