Description:

Attention current Bachelor's and Master's students who love tackling new challenges. This Human Resources Operations Intern role is a development-oriented opportunity focused on creating and leveraging business processes for strategic Human Resources projects to support our growing company of 24, 000+ employees. This role will support the centralized Human Resources functions in delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR service. The responsibilities will include providing effective and timely support to HR colleagues and employees across the broader organization, taking ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks, and remaining flexible and responsive to additional requests. The Human Resources Operations Intern will sit in our Human Resources Operations group and will be working on projects and tasks that cut across different areas of HR, such as Field HR, Training, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Staffing and Total Rewards.
