The Operations Manager is responsible for providing the full range of management, and supervision required for the successful performance, and completion of projects.

• Directly responsible for the supervision of staff and performance of daily operations.
o Provide positive leadership.
o Monitoring and tracking employee attendance and performance.
o Complete disciplinary actions when required.
o Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
o Identify and develop key talent and appropriately manage underperformers to ensure success of all individuals in the department.
